Gentle Yoga – Tuesday afternoon 2:00 – 3:15pm
This is for anyone who wants a gentler class, We will focus on strengthening, stretching, cultivating body & breath awareness, learning asana’s (yoga postures) and weaving in yogic philosophy. You will gain a solid foundation in order to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice, as well as having tools for off the mat for daily empowerment, health, wholeness, relaxation, and peace.
Yoga Basics – Tuesday evening 6:30 – 7:45pm This class is for Both Men and Women…
For all levels, we will focus on strengthening, stretching, cultivating body & breath awareness, learning asana’s (yoga postures), weaving in yogic philosophy so you will gain a solid foundation in order to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. This class is the perfect fit for the end of the day to d-stressify and wind down for the evening. A nice time to press the reset button and prepare for the rest of the week from a more focused, calm, clear and balanced place within.
Yoga Level II – Thursday morning 10:30am – 11:45am
This class is best suited if you’ve already had other classes with me as we will be spicing it up with a little more challenge. We will focus on deeper core strength awareness, learning to release old habitual tensions, cultivating body & breath awareness, moving through asana’s, and weaving in yogic philosophy. You will move deeper in your personal practice, as well as having more tools for off the mat for daily empowerment, health, wholeness, relaxation, and peace.
